more writing progress

Okay, two abstracts (one on the modular middleware-based spacecraft executive architecture, one on last year's remote science simulations) are written and submitted for the fall IAC meeting. I'm lead on one and a co-author on the other, trading places with sarahh. My LPSC poster should be ready to pick up tomorrow afternoon in Houston. So, now back to the next proposal, due in a few days...

I'll spend some time this afternoon being social, at the Rabbit Warren with the kids. patgreene and I had fun at LH's birthday party last night, spending time chatting and dancing and watching a striptease performed for the birthday girl. :)

Then... more proposal writing, and packing, and off to the airport tomorrow for a weeklong trip to Houston (LPSC), and then to New Orleans next weekend, with tenacious_snail...
