Painful screams, redux

Sigh. Two partners screaming in pain in one day. That's harsh. I'm doing my best to support them, interacting with medical staff, bringing meds,holding hands, and I'm just back from a midnight Gatorade run. Not to mention another partner's pain from losing a friend today.

I've been "on" for over 12 hours straight, and am beginning to fade...
