Scents of celery and onions and peppers, bouquet of sweet potatoes from the oven. Polishing the stainless steel countertop, cleaning the implements and the range... huggingpatgreene frequently, as she's feeling touch-needy tonight. Rearranging the refrigerator around a 24-lb turkey for Saturday....Christmas carols playing, the kids are in bed. Munching on peppermint bark... sipping Portuguese ginja.
