(big grin) a friend is on the next Shuttle flight, and has sent me an invitation to come down to KSC and view his launch. Which of course I'll accept... I just got my airline tickets set up (using FF miles, since launches are notorious for slipping back a few days). Yes, it's a spectacle, and yes, admittedly there's a certain childlike "things that make big noise and flames" fascination, but I'm still psyched! Anyone else going to be in Florida Feb 26-March 4?
