Endorphin withdrawal

Not helped at all by Saturday night's icky social experience and that something unpleasant has happened with every single sweetie and TOCOTOX during the same five days. Even approaching a breakup with J this evening, averted with a 2-hour bridge-repairing telephone call...
Lurching from faux pas to insensitivity to impatience ever since being stuck in a snowstorm last Thursday in Minneapolis... but it struck me ten minutes ago that I'm in withdrawal. Rain and schedule together have meant no physical exercise for five days! No endorphins... I *have* to get out tomorrow. Gym, a hike, skating, anything to get blood pumping for 15 minutes or more. That should improve my outlook greatly...
