PPP

It was great! Everything clicked. Several people made efforts to include me, several flirted, J was there and we re-connected somewhat, and I even arrived with someone. Lots of good conversation and warm water.

I was able to chat with eeyore74 about her kids and contract renewal, play with J's kids before the sun set, have a couple of interesting conversations with clairaide (and see my future watchband material ;-), stop over and see greeklady (although not as long as I wanted), received my electric razor back from rmjwell and RA "there's now a long, dark cylindrical object in your swimming trunks", received an unexpected kiss from hopeforyou, which caused me to fall backwards momentarily into the pool (impressive...;-), spend several visits with J just making small-talk and cuddling, not trying to resolve issues, hang out a couple of times with sinboy and 7patches (the latter pretty lengthy), and spend time talking with another half-dozen people not on LJ (as far as I know). Lots of energy and bounciness (grin).

Most joyous moment... looking into J's eyes and seeing that there was still a spark. Most vivid moment... at one point, when waved over by clairaide with a small group to look at the rising moon, banded by obscuring clouds that gave it a Jovian effect. Weirdest moment... spending 20 minutes wandering around the neighborhood looking for the party location... I'd been there a bunch of times, but never before in daylight.

I forgot to eat or drink anything... so afterwards 7patches and I went out for a late dinner and enjoyable chat at a local 1950s coffee shop. Then home... I just finished mopping the floors at 4am, and by now they should be sufficiently dry to allow me to cross...
