Sitting here in a 7:30am teleconference with Northrop... (yawn). Vehicle health management design, without a vehicle. Later today I'll be headed to Las Vegas, then on the road by 5am to arrive in Winslow, AZ by 10:30am, then a day of image-mapping some sandstone units with AR for a 3-D virtual-traverse database. Back home Saturday, with no hazard pay this time ;-).

Pyramid power
Sep. 5th, 2002 11:35 pmTonight i'm in Las Vegas, enroute at 5am to Winslow for some field tests. I'm staying in the Luxor, a hotel shaped like an Egyptian pyramid... it is actually less expensive that the hotel in Winslow tomorrow. This city is a bit strange... and it gets stranger to me every time I visit (admittedly, that's only once every five years or so).
