Apr. 24th, 2003 09:49 pmBack at work, in the office... the house was a mess, so it was easier to just come back here after James's game and leftovers. 12 hours here earlier today, working mostly on air traffic and a new drilling proposal due next week. I've enlisted my former Ph.D. adviser at Georgia Tech in this latest effort, so may be visiting Atlanta more often if it is selected.
Tuesday was spent going out to the same general vicinity (well, Alabama), leaving early enough to have a lovely 6-hour layover with Nancy in Minneapolis en route. And also passing through the hometown of two other people that I'm fond of (Memphis :), encountering BBQ and live blues in the airport. To bed at 1. Up at 6 yesterday, checked out by 7:15, at vehicle health management meetings and demonstrations 8-3pm, posted LJ from the airport, flights home via Houston, home by 12. And now here... with my proposal draft due to others by tomorrow.
