Between homes
Nov. 14th, 2003 06:24 pmUp at (figuratively) 1:15am this morning (4:15 local) so I could catch a dawn flight from DCA back home. With three hours' sleep... so I took an afternoon nap after lunch with ![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
patgreene. Early hours are unpleasant, granted, but otherwise I'd have had to fly home last night (and missed an opportunity to have a lovely dinner with geekchick). Seeing her is very much worth it. And Da Domenico rocks... not just the salmon and veal, but they held a secluded booth reserved for us even though we were a half-hour late :-). And... her new Valverde boots fit! (grin)
With first-class upgrades, I was actually productive on the flights and caught up with my email. Then pursued lunch with Pat, other kinds of catchup, and a nap before she departed for a weekend workshop.
Tonight... I'm planning to chat a bit and go to a club in Campbell.
