My social batteries are recharged... I feel valued and loved. :)

Friday I started with lunch with dawnd, then helped Pat and picked up Nancy from the airport. Today... I began it snuggled with patgreene, then spent most of the day with Nancy and the kids, and then this evening a date with tenacious_snail (including a Halloween costume party with no one else I knew ;). And an unexpected, spirit-lifting phone call in the afternoon from geekchick.

That's... a good day. (smile)

Last night, Nancy watched the kids so that tenacious_snail and I could go out, on our first one-on-one date in months. Tonight, sarahh watched the kids (after trick-or-treating, which I did) so that Nancy and I could go out and have a productive discussion. (Arguably, Les could now do something nice for Sarah to close the loop, but...) It's lovely and compersive and supportive, and I just wanted to note these feelings :).

Other notes... I've now taken four different women to Flames coffeeshop for dessert, this week. And happy Halloween!
