Nov. 1st, 2004 03:51 pmNo matter what one's affiliation or party, it is important to exercise the franchise and vote. Tomorrow will be an important day, and I encourage my US-based friends to all vote according to their respective consciences.
patgreene has compiled a list of links to online Voter's Bills of Rights or other state-issued voting guidelines in 48 of the 50 US states here: (links).
These are handy in case of ill-trained poll workers, or if one lives in a "swing state" and is worried about being challenged, intimidated, or otherwise denied voting rights. Feel free to repost or link to the web page -- more education is better :).
