One of the things I don't like about East Coast business trips is having to get up to make early (8am or so) meetings, when I'm still adjusting to the timezone. It still feels like getting up at 3:30am (wry grin). Other NASA centers are known to take advantage of this by front-loading important (or subtle) issues early in the day in meeting agendas, before the Ames and JPL people are completely all there mentally...
Off to a full day of air traffic data management discussions with FAA, other NASA folks and Homeland Security... pleasantly counterbalanced by a date with
