Rested and in good spirits

And it isn't even the frozen tundra here in Minneapolis, despite a comment that I made yesterday to dawnd. Actually, it feels springlike, 50F and sunny with snow melting away. No skiing or sledding this weekend, methinks.

I crashed at Nancy's and napped for most of the afternoon yesterday... then joined her and her husband Dave and skating friend Angel for dinner... Angel came by and hung out after ice dancing, and we talked about parenting and religion and skating. Eight hours of sleep and a good breakfast and I'm happy and comfortable. Nancy's gone off to take her mother to a medical appointment, but we'll both hopefully join mnfiddledragon for lunch in a few hours. I'm happy to meet her today and hopefully faeryguinevere for coffee tomorrow! (smile)
