anniversary weekend, cont.

Yesterday.... pretty low energy, spent a lot of it cuddled in bed with patgreene. It was our anniversary, so we went to a place that we'd tried to visit on our 20th (Le Petit Bistro, in Mountain View near Shoreline). Nice French bistro food (Coquille St. Jacques for her, rack of lamb for me), dessert (creme brulee, chocolate mousse), and then saw a movie (Batman Begins) nearby. The former dessert was excellent, maybe the best I'd had... fodder for geekchick's co-workers if they visit here again.

Today... church, now I'm trying to work on a conference paper due this week. Hopefully an anniversary date with tenacious_snail tonight... haven't been able to reach her in a day or so.
