Spring cleaning

Whew. The moldy couch is finally off of the patio and set out for pickup, along with 3 bent-up old bikes, bags of broken toys, yard debris and our old washing machine (bought an almost-new one Monday from craigslist). The patio area and yard are much less cluttered. And someone scavenging apparently hauled off the washer and one of the broken bikes.

At the same time, the van is in the shop, getting new tires, some warranty repairs and a water leak fixed -- as well as the water-damaged carpeting replaced.

And at last night's couples' therapy, patgreene and I hopefully worked through the worst of the aftermath of the past two weeks, between us.

Now, if the kids would just pick up in the living room...
