clicking into place

Very good skating practice today, I absolutely nailed the program, even down to choreography and little hand motions. And my compulsory maneuvers were all very solid, working on minor tweaks. I'll go over Sunday afternoon for a dry-run rehearsal, and then my test will probably be next Wednesday morning at 8am.

Work-wise, we'll kick off a new study today, looking at trade studies for lunar surface mobility of equipment and humans. Do we build a lunar lander on wheels? or one whose pressurized module rolls off as a rover and docks with others pre-placed at an outpost? What mix of rovers and humans? Those kinds of questions. And I've located a 500lb block of limestone for drilling tests...
