not a bad start...
May. 15th, 2006 09:37 amWell, one delicate issue dealt with... whew.
Today: lunar meeting at 10:30, lunch with
cyan_blue, annual review at 3pm. Possibly going to HW this evening for their workshop.
Tomorrow: hand-deliver invitations to our final drilling demo in July. Pack. Lunch with
tenacious_snail.
Wednesday: travel to DC in order to deliver more invitations to NASA HQS folks, and meet with my program officers on Thursday. Date Wednesday night with the lovely
geekchick, and celebrate our 4th anniversary a couple of days early. Time for Da Domenico, I think, given that. :)
Thursday afternoon to NYC, late dinner hopefully with
elissaann, staying near Times Square. Friday morning meetings with Honeybee near Penn Station, then fly home by 7pm. Hopefully
patgreene will be feeling better.
Saturday: Kevin has a LL playoff game at 1pm, then going to a friend's wedding in the evening with
tenacious_snail.
And I found four contemporary dining room chairs yesterday, leftover from our church rummage sale, about to be sent to Goodwill. Nice modern suede, Bontempi Rebecca chairs... I looked up the cost of getting two new ones to make a set of six, and they're $400 each, ulp. I guess that counts as a scavenging "score", I'm surprised no one bought them for $2 each on Saturday...
