Annual review...
May. 24th, 2006 11:53 amMy annual review was very positive... I'm "one of our star performers", apparently. Number of proposals submitted makes my group one of the most aggressive in seeking new business, and easily the most per-capita. Our publications per-capita are very good. We could use more help with the Scout proposal, possibly. And I may be considered for area-level or larger research group responsibilities. While my boss will probably put me in for the highest performance level, he cautioned me that midlevel division management sees my impatience with administrivia as a ding against me. Still, I'm not seen as a bottom-half performer, which should help if there are layoffs in a year.
Now, off to meet
elissaann at the airport, then to Houston today... tomorrow we will brief our lunar mobility study in front of a Constellation panel that includes Apollo astronauts (i.e., John Young).
