Geographically challenged pasta salad

patgreene today at the Fresh Choice in Sunnyvale, a soup-and-salad place. We talked about Kevin's school counselling meeting (afterward, at 1pm) and James's theological choices.
However... the restaurant buffet bar had several items with "Tuscan Delights" signs, including a "Palermo Pasta Salad". But Palermo is in *Sicily*.... (chuckle).
