tenacious_snail organized a group outing to see "Avenue Q" in SF, including patgreene (who adores musicals) and packing a group into our van for the drive northward. They found street parking. Not a bargain, because upon leaving the theater Pat discovered that the front passenger window was smashed. A petty thief had done so in order to steal our ($50, 4 year old) satellite radio add-on receiver sitting on our dashboard. Pat just called, they're trying to persuade the SFPD to bother to take a report.
And it being a long weekend, there's no way to get the window replaced before Tuesday at the earliest. (groan)
