"Mars Rising" begins tonight on SC

Our DAME drill automation and the Devon Island analog site were filmed by Discovery in the summer of 2005. The series, "Mars Rising", begins airing tonight on the Science Channel at 9pm ET/PT. See http://science.discovery.com/convergence/mars-rising/episodes.html. Our work, in particular, will be in episode 6 "Search for Life", scheduled to air on Tuesday Dec. 4.

Meanwhile, we're continuing our DAME drilling in the testbed at JPL, this week, having completed most of the second simulant column yesterday.

Anyone have a DVR?

I'm in tonight's episode of "Mars Rising" on the Science Channel, towards the end... which I don't get at home. If anyone out there has a recorder, I'd appreciate it... it includes footage of our drill at work as well as Devon Island.
