I spent a large part of this afternoon on AIM... but not slacking, instead working remotely and interactively with ![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
hopeforyou on our education/outreach proposal. Which was finished... in time. Anyone not knowing any better might have thought I was just wasting time ;-).
Of course, if it isn't selected, arguably it was a waste of time anyway, but that's different.
Otherwise... I was supposed to see my boss's boss today regarding my career prospects... he left me waiting for a half hour at 11am, then popped out and rescheduled for 3pm, then cancelled that appointment after lunch. But I talked with my division chief, and the air traffic division chief, and they're both supportive of me, FWIW.
