Traveller's blues

it is cold and wet and dark
and I have a lovely room with a view towards DC
and no one to share it with.

lots of marble here
but stone is cold and unfeeling
and a dull conversationalist.

How many times can one exercise?
Thoughts, perhaps
need more ones for tips.
