Ice skating party

jayTwo of the past three years, I've hosted a December ice skating gathering at a nearby, outdoors Palo Alto rink. I'd like to do it again, but could use inputs of the best dates. This would be a child-friendly (encouraged) event on a late Sunday afternoon. Cider, cocoa, some snacks, and people gliding around in their winter outerwear...
Time: a winter Sunday afternoon, 3:30-5:30pm.
