Anyone know of anything interesting happening locally in-between Thanksgiving (Thursday) afternoon and Sunday evening? I suppose I'll take the kids to see "The Incredibles" at some point... otherwise, Friday and the weekend look empty.
We're having a small thing (basically, a "We're at home; come visit if you're free") at our place. So far, it'll be the three of us and two others (berkeleyfarm and Elissa); feel free to stop by any time between 6pm and midnight.
I can't imagine seeing a 3.5-day empty weekend in November as something I'd be looking for suggestions to fill! I'd be looking forward to time for sleeping, working out, cooking, reading, Christmas crafts and computer games, shared time on house renovation projects and watching TV together, alone time on volunteer work and on tidying my room, time to telephone or e-mail out of town friends/family, etc. I guess that's what makes you an extrovert and me not!
