Building inspection a success, my 240V three-phase circuit passed muster. He was impressed that I'd sized the wire gauge thickness for the total current flow, rather than just the maximum possible on that part of the circuit.

While waiting... saw LB this morning at home for coffee, and then a long, emotional up-and-down IM with dawnd. In-between kid-wrangling. patgreene is out of the house today, gone shopping with friends in SF.

Now... food. It occurs to me that all I've eaten in the past 24 hours is a cheese stick and two bites of Pat's cheeseburger last night. Emotional stress yesterday, at couples therapy, and today influences it, but I'm still not at my best with an empty tank.

Not that I couldn't stand to lose some weight, granted...

Sorry to hear you're stressed. You should definitely eat *something*, even if it's just a small meal.

congrats on passing inspection. I've always felt an incredible sense of relief when I've gotten the sign-off on something. And managing to impress the inspector-- yay, you!

This is not cheese day. Please eat something not named cheese. Be kind to your stomach and your blood sugar levels, okay?
