It was indeed. And made it possible for Akien and I to get out of a very very bad negative spiral. So bad it could have threatened our whole relationship, and therefore the community around us. So yeah, what goes around, comes around, and brian1789's change of plan certainly helped preserve his own community. Enlightened self-interest at play. OTOH, Brian didn't HAVE to do that; we could have found some other way of handling it. I definitely see it as a gift that he gave to us from his very generous heart, and I am grateful.
