LAX idea request

Anyone have any ideas how to spend three hours Friday morning in the vicinity of LAX airport? My outbound flight to Tokyo doesn't leave until 1pm, and I arrive at LAX at 9am...

check out the getty museum. iots not too far, or try labrea tar pits and the museum of natural history. Theres an art museum near there too.Hugs T
