Nearly done revising the DAME invitations (thanks, archway!)... and I just got an email from the travel office with my reservations SFO-Brussels in mid-June. Fine, except I have no idea why I'd have travel to there, then...
Chuckle... so are you thinking this is some sort of clerical error, or would it be characteristic of your employer to schedule you for a meeting overseas without your having been a part of that decision process?
My thinking... 70% probability of a clerical error, 30% that I'm being sent to Brussels (NATO technical meeting? Eurocontrol?) without prior discussion.
I don't have to be part of that process, and sometimes aren't... are paperwork is a set of travel *orders*, after all, not just an authorization. Sometimes I'm just told to get ready and go somewhere, unexpectedly.
