enchantedwahine has a couple of abandoned cats that she's looking to place. They were left in her apartment complex after some neighbors moved away. They are adult cats, and used to being outdoor-only. The folks who have been feeding them are thinking that they need to go to a shelter. I'm thinking if they go to a shelter now, when there are so many kittens, that they are likely doomed to an early grave. If you were able to relocate them, keep them in the garage for a while to get them oriented, and then keep them as outdoor-only pets, it might be helpful in your quest for an ROUS-free existence.
