jayOne side effect of having only one 4-seater car in a household of 5 is that I've needed to bike to places -- work on Friday, church today. It's only about 5-8km, nearly flat, so an easy ride. Except I haven't done this in years... my calves are a bit sore.
After riding my son James's bicycle, today I was finally motivated to get my old 1975 10-speed back in operating condition... I replaced the seat and all of the cables this afternoon.
