A triple rainbow

Seen out the window of a Northwest 757 this morning, as we climbed up out of a cloud bank. Three distinct spectral rings, forming complete concentric circles. With a yellowish bright spot in the center, containing a shadowy silhouette of our airplane.

Otherwise, the Mall of America was... a really big mall. I got the kids more Pokemon cards. And saw Nancy for lunch :-)

New York is bright, quirky, dense and intense, as I had remembered it from years ago. But there are Starbucks and TGI Fridays now... sigh. Like everywhere else.
