Cool! =) So, what's going on in the spring? Will you be going back over then, or just at the end of the month?

In the spring/early summer of 2004, we'll be testing the Mars-design drill prototype. I'm nominally responsible for setting up an end-to-end communications dress-rehearsal, going from wireless at the borehole back to a mission operations simulator in Madrid, and thence back to a group of geologists and biologists at a US location. [personal profile] hopeforyou works for me on the MARTE remote-science task, specifically doing the remote-science and mission operations GUIs. The full-up remote science simulation with the prototype drill is planned for a year later, in the spring of 2005.
