I just received my cellphone number for use in Spain... it will be (after 29 Sept): (666) 168 332 . Given the way the past two weeks have gone work-wise, this correlates.

Nope, Spanish telephone numbers are nine digits (plus 34 for the country code, if dialing from here)...
