Catching up...

Hm. While I was away, the "compatibility test" meme has returned... I'm not going to post my list, although I find it interesting that the top-ten are all people who haven't the slightest interest in me ;-). One of them can't, in any case.

And then there's the "secret crush revealed" flap from last week... I apparently have 7 secret crushes, 2 public crushes and one ex-crush. And neither [profile] patgreene nor [personal profile] geekchick participated. So I'm perplexed... I usually require a brick to the head, but cannot imagine who more than perhaps three of these ten might be. Feel free to send me an email if you want me to get a clue...

I haven't done this Secret Crush meme. But I have run into those in the past, and I found them to be sleezy ways to generate e-mail addresses for the company. Don't know if this one is like that, but I decided not to find out.

(nods) that's useful to know ;-).

And it is also notable that when I checked email this morning after two days offline, I had 173 pending messages -- only 5 legitimate ones, and three of those were from mailing lists. So my lack of caution with my address has had results...
