I wonder what it means when there's a negative correlation between the LJ-Match emotional compatibility and sexual compatibility results? That is, people at the top/bottom of one list tend to be at the bottom/top of the other one...

In my case, I think it's more that so many on my reading list have strong sexual interests that I do not share (anything BDSM-related springs readily to mind).
