jayWork was tiring-but-successful. The meeting continues through tomorrow... starting early, again.
I've been down for several days, haven't really found a moment or place to talk to anyone, but have avoided self-destructive behaviors thus far. I've resisted the temptation of several forms of online self-flagellation, so I guess that's an improvement.
This evening I had a lovely dinner withwoodsbunny, here on one of her quarterly business visits... nice new seafood restaurant on Castro St.
