Very nice pics. Any ideas yet on age of the rocks in the area? How recent could/would the water flow be that cut the channels? Inquiring minds want to know.

The press release said "ancient", but that could mean anything... I haven't seen the article yet.

Point me to the article when it is out. I would be interested in reading it as well. I still like to keep my hand into my geology background and the remote sensing stuff too.
