Another note to self: don't read friendsfriends if I'm not prepared for whatever my friends may be saying to others. Maybe it's better not to know, sometimes...
I don't think I'd call it "shocking", but I stumbled on an unexpected aspect of a given friend, expressed in a journal that I don't usually read. Not bad, necessarily, just somewhat mind-bending.
(nods) I think that it is usually good to get a more-complete view of someone, rather than one's own expectations or projections. Even when reality means incompatibilities.
