A cake and everything!

One week left...

My birthday started (not dawned, since there isn't one here) with miserable weather... 30-knot winds, freezing rain and bits of snow and sleet. The tent rattled all night, but didn't leak. Sleeping was hard, I woke up every hour or so.

A good finish

With some sun peeking out, I decided to ask the Hamilton-Sundstrand guys if they wanted to visit one of the possible spacesuit test sites near base camp. They had cabin fever, and agreed.
