time to start packing...

I'm just back from the office, it is nearly 1am... and I haven't started packing yet for a 5-week overseas trip. My pickup to the airport is in less than six hours. Sigh. It still hasn't really sunk in, I'm just too busy to contemplate it all.

At least all of the work requirements are done. This is just the price I pay for time spent earlier this week having lunch in turn with elissaann, Julie (in Petaluma...) and dawnd, so I can't complain. Back to work... I'm fuzzy-headed and will probably forget to pack something, but there are stores in Spain.

And my shoulder appears to be just a deep bruise, according to my MD today. :)

Two hours of sleep, pickup in 20 minutes... sounds like the perfect time to open up my Powerbook and install another 1GB of RAM before hitting the road, right?

Off to the airport (it worked fine ;). Here goes a 7-week roller coaster ride... I'll miss my family here. On to make things happen elsewhere, for now.

I'm in Newark in one piece, although I put the DIMMs in the wrong order and so my laptop periodically freezes. Hence the Treo...
