More favorable press

There's a story on planetary drilling in the current Smithsonian Air and Space magazine... it was done by a reporter who went to the JPL-sponsored tests in Idaho last February and talked mostly to Raytheon and Swales there (whose drills didn't, um, work ;). Hearing about our success with DAME in July, he asked me for a summary and inserted a paragraph about us (middle of p.3) in the proofs.

Election results gathering?

It's on a Tuesday night, granted, and patgreene and I rarely host events at our house, but we're thinking of having an informal gathering on Tuesday night, November 7 to watch the election results come in. We live in the South Bay in Mountain View, and have three kids. We'd provide drinks and a few snacks... so here's a poll:
