Otherwise, yesterday the Air National Guard C-130 left Moffett Field, and it should be arriving momentarily in Resolute with our equipment as well as a batch of stuff picked up overnight in Vancouver. 4 out of the 6 rover team members left today,
dangerpudding leaves this Thursday, and I go out a week later...
I still need to find a couple of handheld GPS units to supplement the bulkier Trimble surveying unit, for the 10km walkback experiment. Preferably with a (reliable) altimeter built-in, to get better vertical delta-distances between waypoints. Garmin and Thales/Magellan both have reasonably inexpensive handhelds.
