It will cost more to get my two adults and 3 kids to/from SFO airport ($310) than the cost of my round-trip ticket from there to Atlanta ($280). Even with work covering part of the former (because I'm doing some business on the trip), that's painful.

And... JL is spending 12/20-30 in Sarasota, an hour from where we'll be 12/26-31.

Thanks -- after reading this, patgreene checked out the local long-term options at SFO. They run about $165-170 for the 12 days (one place was $130, but was 5 miles from the airport in a rundown area).
