jayToday has generally scraped thus far... but I'm actually not feeling bad. Pat came back, then everyone was generally snarky for the rest of the day. And pursued aggressive housework. We're all better now. I'm still moderately cheerful, but fight-or-flight has left me with lots of restless energy... I really need to go dancing now. Or skating, or lift weights, or *something* to relieve this latent tension and restlessness. Unfortunately, none of those are available on a Sunday evening.
