I stood by for an earlier flight from Washington, today... which gave me a nice layover in Minneapolis with Nancy. Who, after hearing how tense I was yesterday, surprised me by giving me a full body massage... mmm. It was only the second time I'd had one (also from her, a couple of years ago). Afterward, I was at peace and rather blissful and a bit oily and drank lots of water :). There were lots of small knots and aches that I didn't realize I had. I should do this more often... massage, not the stress.

Otherwise, the flights were fine (both upgraded) and I got home about an hour ago.

You might want to check with your insurance carrier, for a possible referral, as massage has been gaining momentum as preventative medicine (particularly for those who have high-stress jobs/lives), and might possibly be covered, with only a normal copay (plus tip; masseurs have to eat, too!).

Even if the insurance won't cover it, it would still be a write-off, as in preventive medical care, for yourself.

Glad you're feeling a bit more loosened up :-)
