that slightly-drowning feeling
Apr. 22nd, 2004 01:00 amToo much emotional processing, hitting overload. Another 2.5-hour session tonight, and the therapist was running an hour late to begin. We wound up going unbroken from 9:30pm to midnight.
I'm supposed to prioritze my own fun, get more sleep, ask people how they are feeling (rather than guessing from their nonverbals) and practice asking
patgreene for things. And she is supposed to ask me frequently, so she can refine her technique while I practice saying "no" to silly requests.

And when you do have some breathing room, even if it's days or weeks down the line, I would like to hear your responses if you want to share them.
