Stresspuppy

Up late, fell asleep working... initial proposals due by 1:30pm today. A thousand people's careers depend on how my NASA Center does in this call. We're sending in 300, total... I'm doing six. Final approvals came at 2am... my colleagues at work are frazzled, stumbling. FAA briefing pushed back to 3pm.

Back to work... I'm going to want a strong drink tonight ;-). Or something...

Heh. Well, I could always drive home. :^) I guess it's a good thing we moved lunch, eh?

Good luck today!

Thanks, and yes -- on both counts ;)

Oof. Mucho sympathies on the proposal front, Rocket Ranch is experiencing similar...Himself got only 90 minutes of sleep last night. It's a good thing he and I commute together, or getting in to work would have been rawther hairy for him this morning.

90 minutes is beyond my all-nighter threshold... if it is going to be less than two hours, I usually just stay up. Good thing that you're driving! Is he proposing through JPL? We're supposed to meet next Tuesday in Houston with JPL and JSC representatives to practice "show and tell" and group our respective submissions, looking for overlaps and building alliances for the full proposals due in mid-June...

No...I don't know how much I can say about the contract his company's bidding for.

Given how many nights he's gone short on sleep recently, any minutes are precious right now.
