Here and safe, tent is up, unpacked, seam sealer applied, 2C and overcast, with a breeze. The main site is a construction mess. Lack of sun this year means a late thaw... much more snow still here than I'd expected. Which means... the ground isn't dry, and I have to get a 600 lb drill across 2 miles of it.

I did see my sister Vicky, the paramedic... she was headed into Resolute on the plane that took me out. Strange to see her in *this* context!

(sheepish grin) no, I forgot. From a year ago actually... last year the seams leaked. So now my tent smells of toluene...
