Still in the office... had to go in this morning to work on proposals. Some Labor Day, but I have too much pending. Not helped by yet more relationship processing today after the weekend... sigh. Or a sense of foreboding about this upcoming trip.

Back to work, I'm late enough as it is...

my beloved bright-and-shiny object is needing some security and reassurance. Okay, that's *my* take on it. But I'm really actually thrilled that someone who is usually as reluctant to state his needs and wants as Jay is has been willing to tell me what is stressing him out and has made some requests designed to reduce his stress levels both currently in and the future. (Now, I'm just trying to see clearly enough through my sudafed and cramps-induced brain fog to be able to let him know that I've heard him, understood him, and that we'll build a solution that addresses his concerns).
